Under the pseudonym 'Cointrainer', I have been active in the crypto scene for nearly six years. Although my active work in the field spans less than three years, I have continuously been employed at various crypto companies, gaining a close view of cryptocurrency history. Back in early 2017, when Ethereum and Bitcoin were gaining popularity, my writings in these areas gained traction more rapidly than I had anticipated. After about a year of writing on Tistory blogs and Steemit, I joined a DeFi company and ceased writing, mainly due to my shift into a more professional role focusing on Bitcoin and Ethereum.

At this DeFi company, I worked on Ethereum's DeFi network and applications related to Bitcoin's Lightning Network, among other projects. By the end of 2018, however, achieving success in the crypto market became challenging. With a renewed sense of potential in the cryptocurrency market, I began to explore new avenues. My aim was to organize my experiences and track blockchain technologies that could increase user adoption. Seeking a challenge beyond blogging, I turned to YouTube in 2020, noting that many coin channels had ceased operations by then.

YouTube enabled me to reach a broader audience than writing. Despite the content being somewhat unexciting and my delivery modest, I managed to attract over ten thousand subscribers. Their support led to the publication of my book, "The World Hidden by Bitcoin, Ethereum," which has since seen four printings. However, creating content for YouTube eventually became too demanding, leading me to stop as the crypto winter set in.

During this time, I wasn't focused on content creation but gained valuable experience in developing NFT projects, Web3 games, and wallets at a crypto company. These experiences filled me with new ideas, and I sensed a rebound in market momentum. Initially, I considered returning to YouTube after a two-year hiatus, but I recognized two major drawbacks: the content was not easily searchable, and video production was time-consuming. Balancing this with my work, especially in a rapidly evolving market, was a challenge.

Since my target audience comprises those interested in blockchain technology and development, rather than the general public, I opted to return to blogging. This time, I'm writing on my own blog, built with Next.js and Sanity. Unlike before, I now focus on providing blockchain coding content and articles in English.

The duration of this new venture remains uncertain, but my goal is to offer more substantial content. I plan to expand the languages of my content and develop projects that I believe are necessary in the blockchain space. As the market seeks new impetus, I aspire to grow my projects alongside users, capitalizing on emerging opportunities. My blog, Cointrainer, may offer such opportunities to those who discover it.

Cryptocurrency and blockchain technology have advanced too far to simply fade away. Yet, the momentum to draw a vast number of users into blockchain has not fully materialized. NFTs represent the most significant development so far, but they lack practicality for everyday use by average users. I believe a technology more captivating than NFTs, one that appeals to the masses, is on the horizon. In the intersection of technology and history, I hope to make my contribution, even if it's only through my writing.
